When to start a skin care regimen? NOW
What to do:
- Skin Care Program: includes routine cleansing, moisturizing, exfoliating, Use SUNSCREEN.
- Drink LOTS of water
- Decrease caffeine intake
- Reduce stress: recognize your stress triggers and then change your reaction to them or remove the trigger altogether.
- Exercise
- Seek Dermatologist’s help to address concerns and get advice on your particular skin type.
- Kissy Lips: exfoliate and use an SPF lip balm

I always wash my face a.m. & p.m., mosturize w/ an SPF in it, being the most important living in Florida!

Lots of water, frequent exfoliation and a good face wash are what I depend on.
