Pocket Squares are Timeless
Wednesday, 29 April 2009 10:00 am byWhat a great shot of Gary Cooper looking all kinds of cool, sporting his pocket square.
For the modern groom wearing a suit or jacket, a pocket square is a hip and classy alternative to the boutonniere.
Pocket squares seem to have a way of accentuating, varying and completing the look of a suit… really quite effortlessly.
Of course, your pocket square should complement the colors in the wedding party.
Check out the awesome blog, The Art of Manliness for all things manly AND to learn the different and correct ways to fold your pocket square: Puff Fold, Straight Fold, and One Corner Fold.
Love this contemporary lavender, silk version too.

Helping you keep your feet on the ground while your head is in the clouds! I LOVE everything about planning a wedding!

My groom is wearing a pocket square. The bout seemed a bit contrived, whereas fun pocket squares fit our aesthetic perfectly.

I’m glad you’re addressing this issue Heidi. I’ve been wanting to do a legnthy post on Men’s formalwear for ages and have got to find a chunk of time somewhere. Thanks for sharing
